We're ready for our walk!

During winter, anyone who has had the pleasure of being in the company of dogs would have you know that winter weather is not your friend. What with having to deal with snow, freezing rain, blustery winds when all we want to do is...well, poop and pee.

Luckily, some very nice people have thought to make jackets - waterproof and not - to protect our four-legged pooches from the elements. Believe me, I used to be the cynic when it came to doggie apparel, but since Stretch (the dachshund) developed rashes on his underbelly due to the moisture on the grass and ground, I became the ever-vigilant and protective "mommy".

Here are the two goobers waiting for me to put the camera down and take them out for a walk. (Stretch is in his turtleneck and waterproof jacket, and Eddie is in his varsity jacket. Ahee.)
