I wasn't much of a Lenny Kravitz fan.
(Operative word - "wasn't".)
Granted, he's written some awesome songs.
(cue Are You Gonna Go My Way among countless others)
But I was never a "fan".
But after this, and now this...
(After hearing the strains of his song, "Fly Away",
being performed by a church choir on the streets of New Orleans,
Lenny - yes, we're on a first name basis, thankyouverymuch -
walked up and started jamming with them!)

A bit late to the Lenny-lovin' party, but yes, Mr. Kravitz, I'm a fan. :)

Oh dear, Lenny Kravitz didn't write American Woman! He remade it. It was originally recorded in 1970 by the band The Guess Who. The band's vocalist, Burton Cummings, wrote the song.
