I did promise pictures from our visit to the cherry blossoms in DC. So here they are!
The Washington Monument
Oh, to be a kid again!
Just 1/1,000,000th of the crowd that was there to take in the pinkness.
The Jefferson Memorial in the distance.
The sight of Thomas Jefferson standing through the columns took my breath away.
Another shot of the Washington Monument.
AT&T can totally film a commercial here.
A perfect time for dad and daughter bonding. :)
The blossoms almost looked they were photoshopped onto the trees!
The trees made quite a comfortable alcove for people to read, picnic or just hang out in.
Amdist the tourists and general hubbub, this couple decided to immortalize their special day under the blossoms. :)
All in all, a wonderful day. Yay for the cherry blossoms!! :)
**For the JCA's, I'm wearing the Wendy skirt in Chambray. ;)
