DMV = Drivers' Mugshots of Virginia.

So, apparently, the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) of Virginia has now officially declared that anyone wanting to get their picture taken for the license or ID are NOT allowed to smile. They want a "neutral expression" on our IDs, ala the good ol' mugshot.

Good news for those who look great with a pout...ahem, J.Crew model...

But for me....yay! I'm going to look perpetually mad and bitter at the world on my license!
