Happy Father's Day!

This is one of my favorite photos of my dad. It was taken while we were all on vacation in Canada visiting my sister and her family. That's L, my adorable lil' niece who's almost a year older now, copying her "lolo" ("grandfather" in Tagalog). My dad wanted to keep L company while she was playing on the floor; so he took his newspaper down and started reading with her. :)

I love my dad. He's strong, smart, skillful, loving, faithful and supportive. He's given his three children (and will give his grandchildren, I'm sure!) sage advice about life and love, sometimes without him even knowing it was advice. Don't worry, Dad, we remember what you said. ;) And thank you; although, there really are not enough words to express how much you mean to us.
