I dropped by the Pentagon City J.Crew B&M today and saw a few new embellished tees on display. I decided to try them on and post a few photos for you all. :)
Take note, I did not take a full body photo for any of the tees; I wanted to emphasize the design and details of each. I apologize in advance for the lighting of these pictures. I didn't want to turn on the flash to avoid the reflection in the mirror.
Here we go...
This is a white tee in the slub cotton material. You know, the kinda-itchy kind. It is slightly see through and is TTS. The ribbon material is chiffon and, on this particular shirt, gray. There is also another of the same design, but the ribbon is mint green.
This shirt is of the same material as the first, but the ribbon is not in front of the shirt, it is only on one side, very similar to the Perfect-fit corsage scoopneck tee. There is another color - the tee itself is white and the ribbon, gray.
These two tees are going for $45.00.
The last tee is the one above, with an embellished neckline with beads and sequins. The material of this shirt is very similar to the material of the Tissue boyfriend V-neck tee but is still see-through (apparent because you can see my bra through the shirt!). This tee is quite slouchy. If you prefer a more fitted tee, I suggest you size down. This is also available in black.
UPDATE: I forgot to include the price of this last shirt. It's $49.50. Thanks to birdie butter for pointing it out! And I'd like to point out that the website doesn't seem to have these tees available for purchase.
I hope the ladies who like their tees embellished find this post helpful! :)
I really like the last tee ... how much is that one? Thanks for the pics!
ReplyDeleteOoops, I forgot to include that! It's $49.50. :) (I'll update the post - thanks, birdie butter! And thanks for dropping by!)
ReplyDeleteStop it! That's so cute. I love #2. Thanks for the post.
ReplyDeleteVery cute tees, thanks so much for sharing! I like #2, but it's kinda similar to my silk aplique critter bow tee that I have, albeit not with the contrast. I am very curious about #3 IRL - that neckline is fab!!
