What is your current obsession? - Blogging and finding photos interesting enough to showcase on my blog.
What is your weirdest obsession? - Blogs. (Am I the only one who still finds this word funny?)
What are you wearing today? - J.Crew Gladiola skirt, Bordeaux (Anthropologie) grey top, grey J.Crew Rumpled French Terry Cardigan to keep warm in the chilly office, Franco Sarto grey maryjane wedges
What's for dinner? - I'm not sure yet, but I think I shall have the tasty Butter Chicken with Basmati Rice from Trader Joes. It's sooo yummy!
What's the last thing you bought? - Mung bean cakes
What are you listening to right now? - CNN on the office TV.
What is your favorite ice cream flavor? - Flavor...chocolate chip cookie dough. Ice cream...Trader Joe's Premium French Vanilla. (Sooo creamy!!)
What do you think of the person who tagged you? - Elegant and warm. :) Oh, and goofy. :)
If you could have a house totally paid for, fully furnished anywhere in the world, where would you like it to be? - One of these three places: Bethany Beach, DE/Newport, RI/Tagaytay, Philippines (shown to the right)
If you could go anywhere in the world for the next hour, where would you go? - Just for an hour? Hmmm...then, probably a park where I can relax, read for a while. Or a bookstore. Or coffeehouse. :)
Which language do you want to learn? - Portugese.
What's your favorite quote (for now)? - "It's going to be legen-wait for it-dary!"
What is your favorite color? - Yellow.
What is your favorite piece of clothing in your own wardrobe? - Any one pair of any of my red shoes. (Duh. It said "clothing". So, I say...my superbaggy Victoria's Secret Pink sweatpants. I know, super -un-glam, but they said "favorite:. ;D)
What is your dream job? - Mother.
What is your worst habit? - Cursing.
If you had $100 now, what would you spend it on? - Probably something from J.Crew or Anthropologie. What SHOULD I spend it on? My car.
Do you admire any one's style? - I've always admired my aunt's style. (She's my mom's youngest sister.) She always seems to know what to wear for when and where. Also, my friend, Abbie's style, I love too.
Describe your personal style? - Classic with a punch of comfort and color.
What are you going to do after this? - Get some more work done. (Yes, I am, sadly, in the office...trying to distract myself.)What are your favorite movies? - There are so many! Here are a few: Chungking Express (Wong Kar Wai), Bram Stoker's Dracula, Schindler's List, Harold & Kumar Go to White Castle, The Matrix, What Dreams May Come, Enchanted (scene from the movie shown on the left).
What is your favorite fruit? - Grapes. Or tomatoes. Or grape tomatoes. :)
What inspires you? - My family. Finding love in unexpected places. Eddie & Stretch. The sun shining through the clouds. Good music. A full-bodied cup of coffee. A great book.
Your favorite book? - Speaking of....there are so many - some of which are...anything by Robert Fulghum, "The Shack" by William P. Young, "The Veritas Conflict" by Shaunti Feldhahn, "The Westing Game" by Ellen Raskin (a young adult mystery book that I still love up 'til now), "A Suitable Boy" by Vikram Seth (a pretty long, thick book, but the imagery and characters just stick with you)...
Do you collect something? - Right now, all I collect is my paycheck. Heehee.
What is your favorite smell? - The "new baby" smell. The smell of falling rain. The smell of my skin when I'm at the beach. Honey & Nectarine Blossoms from Jo Malone. The smell of the Philippine Jasmine (a.k.a. Sampaguita)
What is your fave HGTV show? - I don't really watch HGTV, but when I do, I usually watch "Design on a Dime".
